Young people’s views guide WHO advice on HIV prevention and care for those most at risk

WHO has produced specific guidance on how best to provide support and treatment for young people under 24 in these vulnerable groups, drawing heavily on young people’s own views.
“You have triple stigma if you are young, a sex worker and transgender,” said a young person in Asia. This was one of many comments gathered during a range of community consultations by WHO partner organizations* to learn about the bar

Malaysia Airlinespassenger jet shot down over Ukraine, 295 dead
A Malaysia Airlines passenger plane with 295 aboard was shot
down by a surface-to-air missile in Ukraine near the Russian border a
day after a Ukrainian military jet was downed, Fox News has confirmed.

Tiger Woods shoots 69 in first round of 2014 British Open

Tiger Woods is officially back.
Not back as in "playing Congressional to 7 over" back but back as in "torching the back nine at a major" back.
It was pretty fun to watch, too.
After
starting bogey-bogey Woods made five birdies in his final eight holes
for a first-round 69. It's not quite the 67 he shot in the first round
when he won the 2006 British Open at Hoylake but it was impressive for
two reasons.
1. He figured it out as he went. As poor as his start looked, he was locked in on the back side. I don't think I've seen that in a while.
Remembering blues guitar legend Johnny Winter

When Johnny Winter hit the scene back in the '60s, he looked and sounded like nothing else on the planet.
A
ferocious blues guitar player with a snarling voice to match, Winter,
who died Wednesday in a hotel room near Zurich, Switzerland, also cut a
striking figure on stage with his thin, pale frame and long, white hair.
A 1968 Rolling Stone
article described him as "a cross-eyed albino with long, fleecy hair,
who plays some of the gutsiest, fluid blues you've ever heard."
